Bump in the road

There is the possibility of a slight delay, a rather unpleasant spot of snow arrived, rather unexpected at this time of year, a few snow flurries yes, 30cm at one sitting, no.

delivery of some material has started, We have recieved the first batch of breeze blocks and foundation blocks, 4 tons of mortar, Monday we are expecting a delivery of pipes for the sewage and drainage systems.

This is our second project, again timber frame with brick shell, house, garage and carport. in total 184 m2

The Third project, drawings

This is the floor plan of the new project, it has 3 bedrooms, utility room, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and sauna, two toilets and a walk-in cupboard.

Heating is with electricity, underfloor in the livingroom and tiled areas, radiators in the bedrooms, there is also a wood burning fireplace in the livingroom, heat is also supplied via a heat pump, which in summer can also be used to cool the house.

Also being built is a double garage, separate from the house,.

House is appx 134m2 garage appx 50m2 thats appx 1400 ft2 and 600 ft2

Third project, empty lot
